Surf N Sweat is a national beach-sporting event, the biggest of its kind in Singapore. It is in its 19th year running and is targeted at promoting beach sports and providing the best participant experience to the public. Three segments of the event run concurrently throughout the day, respectively the main event Surf N Run, competitive team sports like Beach Volleyball, Soccer, Handball, Touch Rugby, Captain’s Ball, Frisbee and newly-added Dodgeball, and also stage games and stage performances by local bands.

All participants must adhere strictly to their reporting time. Participants who report late may be subjected to disqualification. Decisions made by the organising committee shall be final.
