What is the difference in ABEC 3, 7 and 7 rollerblades?

ABEC is actually a industry standard to grade bearings. The higher the number rating, the better the precision and efficiency. ABEC scales are as follows. ABEC 1, ABEC 3, ABEC 5, ABEC 7, ABEC 9.

Example: ABEC 1 being the bearing with lowest precision and efficiency rating, ABEC 9 being the bearing with highest precision and efficiency rating.
